  • Mixing bowls
  • Spatula
  • Parchment Paper
  • Roasting pan 


  • 1  french baguette, sliced (about 10 slices)
  • 1 Apple, sliced 
  • ⅓ Cup Pecans
  • 5 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Whole Milk 
  • ½ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream 
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon 
  • Pinch of salt 

For the Cinnamon Butter:

  • ½ Cup Butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp Sugar 
  • 1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon 
  • Pinch of salt 


  1. Preheat the oven to 375F. 
  2. Arrange the bread in the roasting pan followed by the apples and pecans. Set aside. 
  3. In a mixing bowl whisk the eggs, milk, whipping cream, cinnamon, and salt. Pour over the bread, apples, and pecans. 
  4. In a small mixing bowl combine the butter, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk to combine and pour over the french toast mix.
  5. Bake for about 30-40 minutes. Slice and serve immidiately.
