Shipping Methods and Rates

 

All orders are subject to product availability. 

Standard and Expedited shipping options vary by delivery destination. Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

 

General Information

We only ship to U.S. Continental addresses. This does not include Hawaii, Alaska or P.O. Boxes.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on the services you choose

Our warehouses cut-off time is 4pm, and we don't ship on Sunday. The average handling time for orders is 1 day. 

During the holiday season and during peak periods, the handling time can be up to 3 days and delays observed by the transporters.

For orders to Puerto Rico or other US islands, you may experience a delay of 5-7 days compared to continental addresses. You may refer to the tracking provided for accurate delivery times. 

Standard Shipping: $6.95 for one item, $2 for each additional item.

Free for all orders over $49.95. We mostly ship by USPS First Class and by FedEx Ground, depending on the products. The average delivery time is 2-5 working days.

Expedited Shipping: $15.95 for one item, $4 for each additional item.

Free for all orders over $120. The average delivery time is 1-3 working days.

Expedited Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO, or FPO.

To avoid delays or cancellations, you are required to leave us a message at the time of the order for any special inquiry.  

Houseware Brands Limited reserves the right to change the above shipping terms and conditions. Including applicable shipping rates and fees, at any time and for any reason without notice.

 

Return and Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item for a refund using the following guidelines:

  • Contact our customer care here
  • Return item within 30 days of receipt
  • In original packaging and in new, unused condition. Used items will not be accepted.
  • With original purchase receipt.  Please keep a copy for your record.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are made in the form of the original tender.  For credit card purchases, it may take up to 2 billing cycles for refund credit to appear on your statement. 
  •  For late delivery, packages returned to the shipper for any reason, please allow us 10 days following the estimated delivery date to investigate the case.
