If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item for a refund using the following guidelines:

  • Return item within 30 days of purchase
  • Product(s) must be in original packaging and in new, unused condition. Used items will not be accepted. A 20% return fees applies for all returns.
  • Returns will be processed with the shipping labels provided by our Customer Support, DO NOT SHIP RETURNS ON YOUR OWN ACCOUNTS or not refund will be provided.
  • Product(s) must be sent back in original purchase receipt.  Please keep a copy for your record.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (Unless the product(s) were delivered damaged).
  • Refunds are made in the form of the original tender. Vouchers, Discounts and Promotions are not exchangeable for cash compensaiton or can't be eligible ofr a refund. For credit card purchases, it may take up to 2 billing cycles for refund credit to appear on your statement.
