Equipment:

  • Cookie Sheet from Stackable Set of 5 Bakeware Pans Easy Storeโ„ข (OR Aluminized Steel Cookie Sheet, Commercial Grade Pure Aluminum Cookie Sheet, Cookie Sheet 13", 15", 17")

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Brie cheese
  • 1 sheet of frozen puff pastry
  • ยผ cup raspberry or red berry preserves
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 2 candy eyes

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and allow the puff pastry and Brie to sit on the counter for 15-20 minutes. Spray the Baker's Secret cookie pan with nonstick cooking spray. Once the pastry has softened, cut strips width wise of different thicknesses.ย 
  2. Cut the top rind off the Brie and place on the prepared pan. Spread the preserves on top. Layer the puff pastry strips over top at different angles and tuck the ends underneath. Whisk the egg and water together in a small bowl, the use a pastry brush to brush over all the pastry. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and top with the candy eyes. Allow to cool for 3 minutes before serving!
