Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Standing Mixer
  • Loaf Pan 9" (OR 11")
  • Spatula
  • Set of 3 Cooling Rack

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 15oz Can Pureed Pumpkin
  • 1 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 1 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Pumpkin Spice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin spice. Whisk to combine.
  3. In aĀ stand-up mixer combine the butter and sugar. Beat until fluffy and well incorporated. Add the eggs and continue beating.
  4. Add the flour mix to the wet ingredients and continue mixing. Add the pumpkin until just incorporated.
  5. Transfer the mix to the loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes. To check the doneness insert a toothpick in the middle. It is done when the pick is clean.
  6. Take out of the pan and place on a cooling rack to cool off completely before serving.
