Ingredients
- 1 Cup Unsalted Butter room temperature
- 1 1/4 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 Cup All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1.5 tbsp Cup Baking Powder
- 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 Cup Fresh Raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease a square pan and line it with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl combine the chocolate chips and butter. Heat for about 30 seconds and stir. Repeat until the chocolate is melted completely.
- Add the sugar and eggs to the melted chocolate and whisk until well incorporated. Add the vanilla extract, flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Whisk until everything is well incorporated and you don't see any lumps. Fold in the raspberries.
- Pour the mixture over the parchment paper in the baking pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
- When done cool off completely before cutting into squares and serving.
