Raspberry Brownies

In this raspberry brownie recipe, we've taken that classic combination and kicked it up a notch by adding a layer of rich, decadent chocolate brownie sprinkled with fresh raspberries. The end result is an indulgent dessert that will tantalize your taste buds! Trust us, this one is definitely worth trying — here's what you'll need!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Unsalted Butter room temperature
  • 1 1/4 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 Cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1.5 tbsp Cup Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Cup Fresh Raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease a square pan and line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl combine the chocolate chips and butter. Heat for about 30 seconds and stir. Repeat until the chocolate is melted completely.
  3. Add the sugar and eggs to the melted chocolate and whisk until well incorporated. Add the vanilla extract, flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Whisk until everything is well incorporated and you don't see any lumps. Fold in the raspberries.
  4. Pour the mixture over the parchment paper in the baking pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
  5. When done cool off completely before cutting into squares and serving.

Make This Gluten-Free

Notes: For Gluten-Free brownies use the blend below instead of the all-purpose flour. Mix the ingredients before you add them to the mix. 

  • 1 ⅓ Cup Chickpea Flour 
  • ¾ Cup Almond Flour
  • ¼ Cup Potato Starch 
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • ½ Tsp Salt 
  • ½ tsp Xanthan Gum

    • 1 Cup Fresh Raspberries
