Pizza pan or pizza crisper?
A crisper has a perforated base that lets steam escape and heat reach the dough directly, for a crisper bottom crust. A solid pan is better for thick crusts and for cookies or flatbreads.
Pizza pan FAQ
Can I bake pizza at 500°F?
Our pans are oven safe up to 450°F. Bake at 450°F and give the pizza a few extra minutes, or preheat the pan for a crisper base.
Can I cut pizza on the pan?
To protect the nonstick coating, slide the pizza onto a board before cutting.
