Our loaf pans

• Loaf Pan 11" x 6": 10.9 x 5.9 x 2.6" outside, 0.5 mm carbon steel, oven safe up to 450°F. Buy one, or two to bake a double batch.
• A 9.6 x 5.6" loaf pan comes in the 9-piece Diamond Texture set, and an 8 x 4" loaf pan in the Stackable Set of 5.

Loaf pan tips

Recipes written for a 9 x 5" pan also work in our larger 11 x 6" pan. The loaf will be a little flatter and bake faster, so start checking 10 minutes early. For yeast bread, let the dough rise until it crowns just above the rim before baking.

Should I grease a nonstick loaf pan?

A light coat of butter or spray helps with sugary quick breads. A parchment sling makes lifting out delicate loaves easy.

Can I bake sourdough in a loaf pan?
