Sea Salt Peanut Butter Cups

Sea Salt Peanut Butter Cups are a light and delicious alternative for a snack. We were inspired to come up with this recipe because we love the salty-sweet combination and wanted to create a version that would satisfy everyone's cravings at home. This recipe can be vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free, but more importantly, they're super easy to make — perfect for a weekend get-together activity with friends and family.

Here's what you'll need:

Equipment

  • Muffin Pan

  • 2-1 Scraper & Spatula 10”

  • Scoop

  • Mixing bowls

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Chocolate Chips

  • 4 tbsp Coconut Oil

  • 1 Cups Peanut Butter

  • Flaky Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Add the chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for about 30 seconds. Stir in the coconut oil until the mix is runny. Heat for another 30 seconds if necessary.

  2. Line a muffin pan with muffin liners. Scoop 2 tablespoons of the chocolate and fill the bottom of the muffin liners. Then add one tablespoon of peanut butter and close the cup with 2 tablespoons melted chocolate. Sprinkle the flaky sea salt on top.

  3. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight
