Muffin pan FAQ
Do I need paper liners?
No. The nonstick coating releases muffins on its own. A light coat of butter or spray helps with sugary or cheesy batters, and liners make serving cupcakes easier.
How full should I fill each cup?
About two-thirds full gives a nicely domed top without spilling over.
