Carbon steel, aluminum or cast aluminum?
Most of our nonstick pans are 0.5 to 0.6 mm carbon steel: sturdy, light and oven safe up to 450°F. Our pure aluminum sheets are uncoated, heat evenly and never rust. Fluted pans are cast from heavy-gauge aluminum, which holds fine detail and bakes evenly.

Is Baker's Secret bakeware nonstick?
Yes, except the natural pure aluminum sheets. Our nonstick pans are made without PFOA, PTFE, BPA and cadmium.
How do I make nonstick pans last longer?
Use silicone or wooden utensils, avoid metal scourers and let pans cool before washing.
